At T-UBIKE we are committed to the protection and security of our clients' personal and industrial information.

1. Collected Data

As telematics service providers, we collect the following data:

• Location Data: GPS coordinates, speed, heading, and vehicle ignition status.
• Telemetry Data: Engine events, temperature, fuel level (if OEM or OBD2 hardware applies).
• Account Data: Names, corporate emails, and contact numbers for platform administrative management.

2. Use of Information

The collected data is used exclusively for the provision of the contracted service, generation of fleet reports, safety alerts (geofences, panic button), and logistics optimization by the client. T-UBIKE DOES NOT sell, rent, or trade its clients' routes or metadata to third parties.

3. Data Security

Data is transmitted from the GPS device to our servers under strict encryption and cloud security protocols. Trip histories are stored for the time stipulated in the contracted plan, after which they can be permanently deleted.

4. User Rights

The client who owns the administrative account has the right to request the export of their data, as well as the permanent deletion of the account and its histories once the service contract has ended, by contacting info@t-ubike.com.
