Service Contract

The following clauses represent the standard framework for the provision of services for all plans subscribed with T-UBIKE.

FIRST CLAUSE: Purpose of the Contract

T-UBIKE will provide the Client with the vehicular location service via satellite (GNSS) and data transmission through the cellular network (GPRS/4G/LTE), allowing real-time visualization and management through our web platform and mobile application.

SECOND CLAUSE: Equipment and Installation

The installed GPS equipment may be acquired by the Client or provided on loan (depending on the plan). In the event that the installation includes remote immobilization (power/fuel cut-off), T-UBIKE ensures the use of certified relays and components. T-UBIKE assumes NO responsibility for damages to the vehicle's electrical system caused by third parties, external short circuits, or natural wear and tear of the vehicle following the installation.

THIRD CLAUSE: Liability in Case of Theft

The service provided is a logistics and passive/active security tool, but it does not constitute an insurance policy. In the event of vehicle theft, T-UBIKE commits to providing expedited technical support to facilitate the location of the unit and process remote shutdown commands. However, T-UBIKE does not guarantee the successful recovery of the asset nor assumes civil, criminal, or monetary responsibility for its total or partial loss.

FOURTH CLAUSE: Duration and Renewal

This service will have the duration stipulated in the acquired commercial invoice/plan. At the end of the period, the client must renew their subscription to maintain access to the platform and keep the SIM card installed in the device active.
