Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Service

By accessing and using the T-UBIKE tracking platform, the user (client) fully accepts these operational terms and conditions.

2. Proper Use of the Platform

The Client agrees not to use the T-UBIKE system for illegal activities, unauthorized spying, or any purpose that violates the privacy rights of third parties. The M2M SIM cards provided with the equipment are for the exclusive use of transmitting telemetry data; any attempt to extract the SIM to be used in mobile phones or other devices will be grounds for immediate suspension of the account and blocking of the line.

3. Service Availability (SLA)

T-UBIKE guarantees an uptime of 99.5% for its cloud servers. However, T-UBIKE is not responsible for service outages or loss of location reports derived from areas without cellular coverage (Blind Spots), signal blockers (Jammers), or acts of sabotage on the vehicle's hardware.

4. Payments and Suspension

The service is governed by a prepaid modality (monthly, semi-annual, or annual depending on the plan). Delay in payment 5 days after the due date will cause the temporary suspension of access to the platform and the deactivation of the installed SIM card, reactivating only after the debt has been settled.
